We believe the federal government is a force for good.

We envision a world where the U.S. Government sets the standards of service excellence; where everyone experiencing those services feels heard and respected; where people believe in the integrity and efficacy of government services; and where individuals are placed at the center of services as they’re being designed.

We Work Shoulder-to-Shoulder with our Government Clients

There is rarely a single right answer to a government challenge. We tame complexity by looking at the problem from multiple angles and working through the messy parts to find the optimal solution together.

We Are Service Providers

Beyond impactful solutions, we strive to deliver customer experiences that leave a lasting impression. We understand that every interaction is an opportunity to build trust with our clients.

Services Optimization Lifecycle

The Services Optimization Lifecycle is Technical Assent’s proprietary approach to service design. Each leg represents a core capability that all customer-driven service organizations within the federal government need in order to develop, deliver, and maintain world-class customer experiences. We tailor our service offerings to meet clients' needs where they are in this transformational journey.

Experience Design

Experience Design enables a client to respond boldly to new insight by understanding the needs and experiences of their users. Here, we fall in love with the problem, explore different options to address it, and prototype solutions.

Solution Implementation

When the design is finalized, we move towards implementation and continue to learn from users as the solution comes to life. We focus on making incremental progress, managing risk, and ensuring the solution aligns with user needs.

Service Management

Once the solution goes live, we stay engaged to monitor customer experience and ensure the solution meets their needs. As opportunities arise, we make necessary adjustments and seek transformational change.

Our Services Optimization Lifecycle aligns our capabilities and services to our clients' most pressing challenges.
