WHY WE EXIST

The U.S. government is the world’s largest service provider, spending nearly four trillion dollars each year to provide services to citizens, regulate and support industry, and protect our national interests. Behind the scenes, IT, HR, and Financial services run the day-to-day business of each agency.

80%

of the global economy is based on the service sector

1.26 Billion

people are employed in the service sector

$3.7 Trillion

is spent annually by the US federal government to deliver services

Technical Assent grew from a simple idea that we will optimize the performance of government services when we think about the customer experience first and use that insight to improve the talent, tools, and technologies in every organization. This is a concept of government reframed around the people it was designed to serve.
